William Sawalich claimed his first victory of the 2025 season in the General Tire 200 ARCA Menards Series West race at Sonoma Raceway. Sawalich, racing for Joe Gibbs Racing in the Xfinity Series, triumphed in a thrilling three-wide finish over Christian Eckes and Alon Day. Despite trading bumps with Eckes, Sawalich led all 50 laps and secured a win by 0.067 seconds.
