ATM Locations
Bank of America ATMs can be found in the following locations:
- Raceway Café
- Main Grandstand behind sections A, H & N
- Turn 2 Terrace (permanent restrooms)
- Turn 9 Terrace behind section F
- Turn 10 (permanent restrooms)
Automobile Assistance
Tow vehicles are on-site during race weekends to provide assistance with lockouts and dead batteries. Please stop by Guest Services, located at Gate 1, for assistance.
Lost Children
Parents or guardians looking for their children should contact an Infineon Raceway representative immediately. Children separated from their parents or guardians will be taken to Guest Services, located at Gate 1.
Disabled Guest Parking
When you arrive at the raceway please enter Gate 1 off of Highway 121. All disabled-guest services are offered from the Gate 1 parking lots. If you enter Gate 7 or Gate 9, you will be parked in remote lots and not provided the proper level of service for Guests with Disabilities.
Once at Gate 1, your tickets will be checked and you will be directed to one of two parking areas; the Lower or Upper Parking Lots. During the NASCAR event, the Lower Lot is reserved for guests in wheelchairs, while the Upper Lot is designated for all other guests with disabilities.
Ear Plugs
Ear plugs are available for purchase at Wine Country Motorsports, located next to the Raceway Café in the main competitor pit area.
Exit and Re-Entry
If you leave the raceway and plan on returning the same day, you must have your hand stamped and event tickets to re-enter. Hand stamps are available at Gates 1 and 7.
Fan Assistance Texting
If you have a question or need assistance during race weekend, text “IR (space), your MESSAGE (space) & your LOCATION” to 69050.
First Aid
First aid stations are located behind every major seating area.
Gate Opening Times
Gates open daily at 7 a.m.
Guest Guidelines – Items Allowed into the Raceway
The following items are allowed at the raceway, but must not exceed 15” x 15” x 15” in size: Bags/backpacks; coolers; plastic bottles; and seat cushions.
Guests are not allowed to enter the facility with the following items: alcohol; bottles/glass containers/cans; lawn chairs and stadium-type seats with legs (chairs and seat cushions must be flat with no legs); inline skates/skateboards; umbrellas in seating areas; wagons; weapons; and fireworks.
All items brought into the raceway are subject to search.
Guest Services
Guests with ticketing problems or customer service issues should visit Guest Services. Guest Services is located at Gate 1 and open from 7a.m. to one-half hour after the conclusion of the day’s racing.
Lost & Found
Found items are taken to Guest Services located at Gate 1. Items are kept at Guest Services until the conclusion of the event weekend. The Infineon Raceway main office (800-870-RACE) handles all unclaimed items beginning the next business day.
Pets
Pets are allowed in camping areas only. Only seeing-eye dogs, or dogs used to assist disabled guests, are allowed in competitor pit and seating areas.
Radio Broadcasts
Racing is broadcast at the track on 87.9 FM.
Shuttle Service
Infineon Raceway provides a FREE shuttle service to transport guests around the facility. Shuttle stops are conveniently located near all seating and parking areas.
Smoking
Smoking is NOT permitted in any seating area, concession line or elevator at Infineon Raceway. Guests wishing to smoke must go to designated smoking areas.
Designated smoking areas are as follows: Main Grandstand behind section G; Earnhardt Turn 2 Terrace behind section B; Rob Brown Turn 3 Terrace behind section D; Turn 7 Terrace behind section C; Turn 9 Terrace behind sections A and F.

For your convenience, pay phones are located next to Wine Country Motorsports and the Raceway Café.
Ticket Pit Stop
Be sure and stop by the Ticket Pit Stop, located behind the Main Grandstand in the paddock. You’ll get answers to all of your questions, plus news about upcoming events. This is also the site of the Speedway Children’s Charities booth.
