New for the 2008 season at Infineon Raceway is The Pulse, your one-stop shopping for entertainment, whether it's live music, grape stomps or track talks with top NASCAR personalities. The area will also feature an assortment of beer, wine and food offerings.
The Pulse debuts at the Toyota/Save Mart 350 NASCAR Sprint Cup Series behind the main grandstand. Be sure and stop by for a full schedule of activities - The Pulse will be hosted by popular Bay Area personality Tim Jeffreys, a long-time motor-sports fan and DJ at KUFX 98.5 FM in the South Bay.

Race-n-Rock Charity Auction
It's your chance to bid on the opportunity to ride alongside one of the top NASCAR stars during pre-event ceremonies around the twisting road course. You can also bid on one-of-a-kind signed racing memorabilia and much more! The auction will take place at The Pulse entertainment area on Sunday at 11:30 a.m. All proceeds benefit Sonoma County youth groups through Speedway Children's Charities.
Jimmie Johnson Appearance
Jimmie Johnson is signing autographs for the first 200 people at the Team Lowe's Racing Fan Experience on Friday, June 20 at 11:15 a.m. The Team Lowe's Fan Experience is located in the Turn 8 midway. The experience opens at 10 a.m. on Friday for fans wishing to obtain a ticket for the autograph session. (Reminder that the session is limited to the first 200 fans.)
AAA Designated Driver Program
Come by the AAA Designated Driver Program booth to become a designated driver for your group. Just fill out a pledge card - under the direction of the AAA Northern California - and receive a free bottle of smartwater, which is also a sponsor of the program.
Speedway Children's Charities Booth
Visit the Speedway Children's Charities booth to learn more about the charitable arm of Infineon Raceway. Speedway Children's Charities is dedicated to raising money for needy youth organizations in Sonoma County, and has distributed more than $2.6 million since 2002.
Track Walk
Infineon Raceway will open its world-famous road course to the public following Sunday's Toyota/Save Mart 350 NASCAR Sprint Cup event with the raceway's 3rd annual Track Walk. Race fans will not only get to walk on the same 10-turn, 1.99-mile road course used by star NASCAR drivers like Jeff Gordon, Tony Stewart and Jimmie Johnson, they will also embark on a treasure hunt for great prizes. Race fans will be allowed to roam around the road course beginning approximately 30 minutes after the checkered flag falls.
