Have you ever wanted to go behind the scenes at Infineon Raceway to see the heart-pounding action of NASCAR and the earth-shattering speeds of NHRA Drag Racing? Or, do you prefer the intensity of IndyCar? Be a part of the excitement! Join the raceway team and volunteer as an Infineon Raceway Crowd Manager.
Crowd Managers are volunteers who have made a commitment to promote goodwill and exceptional customer service to Infineon Raceway guests.The program currently consists of more than 100 race fans who enjoy coming to the raceway and working throughout a major event weekend. 2010 marks the programs 8th year.
Duties include:
- Assisting guests to their seats
- Providing directions to ATMs and Restrooms
- Checking tickets
- Working with raceway staff at autograph sessions and post-event track walks
- And much, much more
The raceway will give you a hat, jacket, two event shirts and a weekend ticket for family or friends. During the NASCAR and NHRA weekend you will also have the option of camping in the Crowd Manager Compound for FREE. At the compound, organizers of the program provide entertainment for all ages.
