Services for Guests with Disabilities
Disabled Guest Parking
ENTER GATE 1
You must have all of the following to be able to park in the lots designated for our disabled guests:
• Disabled placard or special identification license plate
• Disabled identification card
• Driver's license matching the name of the disabled guest on the identification card
Once at Gate 1, merge to the far right entry lane. From there you will be directed to one of two designated handicap parking areas.
Service Animals
Infineon Raceway recognizes the importance of service animals in assisting guests with visual and other impairments. These animals are welcome throughout the property, but must remain leashed at all times.
Disabled Guest Shuttle Service
A shuttle service is available to take guests to/from the designated handicap parking lots and major seating areas. To access the disabled guest shuttle service you must have a wristband. Wristbands are issued by Infineon Raceway staff during check-in.
Elevator Wristbands
Guests who do not have a valid handicap placard, but suffer from an injury that makes it difficult to walk up and down stairs, can get an elevator wristband. Elevator wristbands are available at Guest Services, located at Gate 1, and at the Ticket Pit Stop, located behind section D of the grandstand.
Ticket Exchanges
Ticket holders that need to exchange their tickets for a wheelchair accessible location may do so free of charge at any Ticket Services Booth. Ticket Services Booths are in the following locations:
• Main Grandstand, behind section D next to the Ticket Pit Stop
• Earnhardt Turn 2 Terrace, behind section B
• Rob Brown Turn 3 Terrace, behind section D
• Turn 7 Terrace, behind section C
