Guest Information

ATM
For your convenience Bank of America ATM's are located at the Raceway Café, at the Main Grandstand next to winner's circle and at the turn 2 and turn 10 restrooms.

Child ID Wristbands
Families with young children should take advantage of the Infineon Raceway Child ID Wristband program. Each child will receive a wristband that will enable raceway staff to assist in locating the child's guardian or parent, in the event that he/she becomes lost. Just stop by Guest Services, which is located at Gate 1, or the Information Booth behind the Main Grandstand for details. It will only take a few minutes to provide raceway staff with the necessary information to get your child set up with the program.

Concessions
Levy Restaurant's concession stands are conveniently located in the Main Grandstand and at the Raceway Café. Outside vendors, selling everything from steak sandwiches to breakfast burritos, are located directly behind the Main Grandstand and terrace seats.

Earplugs/Film Sales
Earplugs and film are available for purchase at Wine Country Motorsports, located next to the Raceway Café in the main paddock, during all major events. Additional sales locations will open during the NASCAR NEXTEL Cup, NHRA and IRL events and will be conveniently located near major seating areas.

Event Information
Event information, including facility maps and weekend schedules, is available at the Nationwide Insurance Information Booth, located directly behind the Main Grandstand.

First Aid Locations
First aid stations are located behind every major seating area at the NASCAR, NHRA and IRL events. Please visit the Infineon Raceway Medical Center, which is located at the south end of the main paddock near the Raceway Café, for all other events.

Guest Services Office
Guests with ticketing problems or customer service issues should visit Guest Services. Guest Services is located at Gate 1 and open from 7am to one-half hour after the conclusion of the day's racing. Lost and Found is also located at Guest Services on race weekends.

Ice Sales
Ice can be purchased at the Raceway Café from 7am to 4pm during all major events at Infineon Raceway.

Lost and Found
Found items are taken to Guest Services, which is located at Gate 1. Items are kept at Guest Services until the conclusion of the event weekend. The Infineon Raceway main office (800-870-RACE) handles all unclaimed items beginning the next business day.

Pets
Pets (dogs) are allowed in camping areas only. Only seeing-eye dogs, or dogs used to assist disabled guests, are allowed in the raceway.

Programs
Programs are available for purchase at Wine Country Motorsports, located next to the Raceway Cafe in the main paddock, and at all Infineon Raceway souvenir locations.

Radio Broadcast
Racing is broadcast on 87.9 FM.

Seating
Guests holding general admission tickets may upgrade their tickets to reserved seating subject to availability (Sunday Only). Ticket Upgrade Booths will be open for Sunday's race only and are located at the following locations:

• Main Grandstand, next to the Ticket Pit Stop
• Earnhardt Terrace Turn 2, next to First Aid
• Rob Brown Terrace Turn 3, behind section E
• Turn 7 Terrace, next to First Aid
• Turn 9 Terrace, next to First Aid

Shuttles
A free shuttle service is available to transport guests around the facility. Shuttle stops are located near every major seating and parking area.

Smoking
Smoking is NOT permitted in any seating area.

Telephones
Pay phones are located in the following locations:

• Raceway Café
• Main Grandstand, behind Section D

Ticketing Customer Service
Guests with questions regarding their tickets should visit Guest Services. Guest Services is located at Gate 1 and open from 7am to one-half hour after the conclusion of the day's racing.

Ticket Pit Stop
Take advantage of special ticket offers and purchase tickets to future events by visiting the Infineon Raceway Ticket Pit Stop. The Ticket Pit Stop is located behind the Main Grandstand.

Vehicle Assistance
Tow vehicles are on-site during race weekends to provide assistance with lockouts and dead batteries. Please stop by Guest Services, located at Gate 1, for assistance.

Will-Call (Toyota Pick-Up Window)
Will-Call is located in the Guest Services building located at Gate 1 for all events BUT NASCAR. Will-Call is open from 7am to 5pm each day of the event.   Will Call for NASCAR weekend is located at Gate 9 off of the Lakeville Highway.
