Directed Exiting
At the end of the day, on large race weekends, raceway traffic can quickly crowd and overwhelm local highways. Raceway officials are positioned in key locations throughout the facility and in communication with the California Highway Patrol to help direct traffic.

Vehicles exiting the raceway will be directed to the quickest and least crowded exiting gate and highway. That may mean that you will be directed to exit through a gate and onto a highway different from the one you entered.

Best Way Home - Alternate Routes
When exiting the facility you may be directed to exit Gate 8 or Gate 9. Both gates may be taking you in a direction that you are unfamiliar with. Please review the alternate route information below for the recommended routes to get you home.

From Gate 8 to Sonoma/Napa

• Gate 8 allows you to merge onto Highway 37 westbound
• Travel on Highway 37 westbound until you reach Lakeville Highway
• Make a right onto Lakeville Highway
• Travel 7.5 miles until you reach Highway 116 toward Sonoma
• Make a right onto Highway 116

• Once at Gate 9 make a right onto Lakeville Highway
• Travel 6 miles until you reach Highway 116 toward Sonoma
• Make a right onto Highway 116

• Gate 8 allows you to merge onto Highway 37 westbound
• Travel 5 miles and exit Black Point/Atherton Ave
• Make a right at the first stop sign, and a left at the next stop sign following signs to Vallejo

• Once at Gate 9 make a left onto Lakeville Highway
• Travel 1.5 miles until you reach Highway 37
• Make a left onto Highway 37 eastbound toward Vallejo
